A stay only makes sense for some terminals. Here is what the journey takes from the hotel to check-in at each one.

Our view

Who it suits: Families and anyone who wants a beach resort the night before a flight.
Why we would choose it: Beachfront with two pools, family rooms and suites, a kids' pool and a 24-hour front desk, about ten minutes from the terminals.
The compromise: A ride away, the free shuttle stops around 1am and starts around 5:30am, and rooms cost roughly three times HARRIS.
Worth paying more?: For a family with a free day before the flight, yes. For a short night before an early flight, no.

The practical details that matter for one night before or after a flight.

Rooms: 193 rooms, including a Family 2 Bedroom Suite of 75 square metres and a 4-bedroom beachfront villa, per the hotel.
Pools: Two outdoor pools, with a kids' pool and a swim-up pool bar.
Beach: Beachfront, with access to Segara beach.
Food: Envy (oceanfront), Palms Restaurant, a pool bar, a coffee and dessert spot, and 24-hour in-room dining. Children 12 and under eat free at Palms.
Reception: 24-hour front desk, per Booking.com.
Shuttle: Booking.com and IHG list a free airport shuttle, 5:30am to 1am. Hotels.com lists a paid one, 6am to midnight, with 48 hours' notice. Confirm before relying on it.
Check-in: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 11am, per a resale listing.
