The practical details that matter for one night before or after a flight.
- Rooms
- About 288 rooms; opened in 2016.
- Shuttle
- IDR 125,000 per vehicle, one way, for up to two passengers (about AUD 13), the same from either terminal. Available 24 hours on request; contact the hotel to arrange it, ideally a day ahead.
- Taxi or Grab
- Roughly IDR 30,000 to 40,000 to the airport (about AUD 3 to 4). From the airport a Grab can cost IDR 80,000 to 130,000 because of pick-up surcharges. Estimates, not quotes.
- Distance
- About 500 m by Hilton's and Booking.com's figures (one site says 1.8 km); about a five-minute drive.
- Reception
- 24-hour front desk. Check-in is from 3pm; to be sure of a room at 1am, book from the night before.
- Pick-up
- If the shuttle is pre-booked, the driver waits with a name sign in the arrivals greeting hall, after customs.
- Breakfast
- The cheapest rate is usually room only. Buffet breakfast is about IDR 210,000 an adult and 105,000 a child (about AUD 21 and 10), 6:30 to 10:30am.
- Day rooms
- Roughly IDR 600,000 to 800,000 for a daytime slot such as 10am to 5pm (about AUD 60 to 80), often booked through Dayuse.
- Nyepi
- The airport closes for Nyepi and the hotel does not allow check-in or check-out that day.
