All of the Century Boulevard hotels run a free shuttle, but they are not run the same way. Plan on a shared van or coach, a wait of about 20 minutes and a ride of 10 to 15 minutes, per traveller reports. Overnight the wait can reach 30 minutes or more.
Where to stand
Hotel shuttles use the Upper/Departures Level, at the red pylons marked for hotel and private parking shuttles. Rideshare and taxis are different: they use LAX-it, east of Terminal 1, reached by a free LAX-it shuttle. If you stand at baggage claim you will miss the loop.
Call when you have your bags
Navan advises calling the hotel after you clear baggage so the driver knows your terminal. Some hotels loop on their own and others dispatch on a call.

Before a very early flight
Phone the hotel and ask for the first shuttle, and whether to book a seat. Keep a ride app as a fallback, and remember it picks up at LAX-it, not the hotel door.
