DFW · Guide

Which terminal at DFW Airport?

The short answer: Terminal D is the international terminal, with the Grand Hyatt inside it. Terminal C has the Hyatt Regency beside it. A, B and E have no hotel, and all three Hyatts and the shuttle hotels are before security. Airlines move, so check your ticket.

Last checked · How we check

DFW is five terminals on a loop, with a new one coming. The terminal decides which hotel is close, so start with your ticket.

Terminal D: international

Qantas flights from Melbourne and Sydney arrive here, according to flight trackers and press reports. We could not confirm it on DFW's own pages, so check your ticket. You clear immigration and customs here, and you recheck bags if you connect to a domestic flight. The Grand Hyatt is built into the terminal, before security.

Terminal C: the Hyatt Regency

The Hyatt Regency stands beside Terminal C and runs a free 24-hour shuttle to all terminals, per DFW. Terminal C is being rebuilt in phases, with new gates open and more to come.

Terminals A, B and E

None has a hotel. A has the DART station for the Orange Line and B has TEXRail. Most of the shuttle hotels serve these terminals too, so pick by shuttle hours.

Terminal F

Terminal F is a new American Airlines terminal due to start opening in 2027, with a walking link to Terminal D and a place on Skylink. It has no hotel announced that we found. See our guide to what is changing.

What it means for your stay

  • International arrival at Terminal D: the Grand Hyatt, or the Hyatt Regency for less.
  • Terminal C or any domestic terminal: the Hyatt Regency, or a shuttle hotel.
  • Early flight with a shuttle: check the hours first. Most are unconfirmed.
