Before you rely on one
- Phone the hotel and ask the pick-up spot and the last run.
- Ask whether you need to book a seat.
- Keep a taxi or rideshare as the fallback for a late arrival or an early start.

DFW says tolls on airport roads are included when a hotel shuttle or other authorised ground service picks you up or drops you off.
