Perth Airport has no hotel on its grounds today. Every stay near the airport is a shuttle or a taxi away. That is due to change, at some point.
What has been announced
Perth Airport has partnered with Accor to operate the first hotel on the airport estate, under the Pullman brand. The plans describe:
- 240 rooms and suites over eight floors
- a rooftop restaurant and bar
- a lobby lounge café, a gym and a sauna
- meeting rooms and co-working space
- a position at Airport Central, the T1/T2 precinct
It would be the fourth Pullman airport hotel in the Pacific, after Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland. One report says a covered Skybridge will connect the hotel to the terminal. We have not seen that confirmed on Perth Airport's own pages.
When it opens
Sources give 2027 as the target year. One report says construction was scheduled to begin in 2026. We found no confirmed opening date and no construction update. Treat 2027 as an aspiration.
What it would change
A hotel at Airport Central would sit beside T1 and T2, the precinct with the train station. It would not help travellers at T3 and T4, which are a 10 to 15 minute drive away and are due to be replaced by a new terminal in the same area some years later.
What to do now
Do not book around a hotel that does not exist. For a stay before a Perth flight today, see Stay at Perth Airport, Burswood or the city? and the short lists for Terminals 1 and 2 and Terminals 3 and 4. We will update this post when there is a confirmed date.
